Post Alarm is a smart security company that has been in the community for decades. We got to know the close-knit family and friends who have been running this company from the beginning, and sought a solution to lean into a growing interest in innovation and technology while not compromising their homegrown identity.
We studied the geometry of their identity to find a modern translation: the shield. That motif gave us the foundation to build an exciting new brand identity around the shield, with a bright palette, friendly voice and playful illustration that helped elevate them into a new category of security players. Their brand identity grow to inform their website and marketing materials, culminating in amulti-channel campaign to drum up awareness and excitement around the new look and feel. As an increased customer base flocked to Post Alarm and loyal fans both embrace the change wholeheartedly, the company has undoubtedly found security in transformation.
