Diverse classrooms advance all kids.
Citizens of the World is a diverse public charter school that brings high achievement across neighborhoods. They have so much to offer their community, yet some of those benefits were being lost in translation. We worked with them to increase visibility and ultimately enrollment to their program by simplifying their messaging to hit on their main differentiating points. Through emphasizing the connection between high diversity and high achievement, we increased their reach with boldly designed pieces that leverage their bright shade of green and smooth illustrations. Kicking off the campaign with a billboard on Santa Monica Blvd, we ran targeted media placements that ran in multiple languages to create a seamless experience—all directing to a simple online signup form to help cultivate the diverse student body that makes the school so essential. So far the campaign has reached over 1,000,000 Los Angeles residents, garnered over 100 school tour signups, and increased engagement with the school’s social media platforms by 14x.
