Drucker Institute
The Drucker Institute is a social enterprise established to carry on the work of pioneering management guru Peter Drucker—hailed by BusinessWeek as “the man who invented management.” As the Institute’s communication partners, we worked hard to infuse his spirit of plain-spoken pragmatism into all aspects of their brand, and designed a broad suite of materials both printed and digital. Most recently, Kilter crafted a narrative to publicize the launch of the “Management Top 250”, an annual list published by The Wall Street Journal in late 2017 of the best-managed companies in America as ranked by the Drucker Institute. Through video, advertising, brochures and a dedicated microsite, we helped tell the story of how the Institute distilled Peter Drucker’s management principles into a ground-breaking set of quantifiable metrics.

Drucker Institute
The Drucker Institute has evolved and flexed to focus on key areas of strengthening society as a social enterprise. As their branding partners, our task is to put in place a visual and verbal representation of its brand that can grow along with it, reflecting and celebrating the Institute’s critical role in society.
