David & Margaret
We were thrilled to work with foster organization David & Margaret, which provides social services to at-risk youth. Their newest offering, Dave & Maggie’s Cafe, is part of the organization’s social enterprise arm, which works to support their mission of empowering children and families. We developed a yummy campaign with cut-out photography and a playful pattern made from various illustrations of their food favorites. The messaging all tied back to the mission, and pairs “sandwiches with a side of good.” This campaign for “hungry hearts” gave the up-and-coming cafe a voice of compassion and pride, and helped to kick-off extensive changes on-site as well. The first month of the campaign, we micro-targeted a tight geographic area across social media, news sources, and posters pasted around town. The area was totally saturated, with over 150,000 impressions and a significant increase in foot traffic. It turns out there are a lot of hungry hearts around town.

We focused LASC’s inspirational mailer around the school’s Promise Program with a motivational, forward-looking tone to communicate the impact and outcome of alums from the community. The new LASC inspirational mailer reached thousands of prospective students with a message of understanding and encouragement to believe in themselves.
We worked with the City of West Hollywood to develop a campaign that tackled their response to the region’s growing homelessness crisis.
