CONTEXT

Crestview Preparatory School has spent decades honoring childhood as extraordinary—nurturing individual potential, empowering joyful learning, and fostering a caring community where every child belongs. Their facilities, however, hadn’t kept pace with their educational excellence. The school needed a new gathering space, expanded library, dedicated art and music studios, a TK classroom, and welcoming administrative areas.

But there was a challenge: the parent community was already deeply satisfied with Crestview. How do you make the case for significant capital investment when families already love the school as it is?

THE ASSIGNMENT

Crestview needed a fundraising campaign that would inspire their satisfied community to invest in making their beloved school even better.

OUR SOLUTION

The key to the campaign was positioning this initiative as evolution, not transformation. We developed “Expanding the Extraordinary”—a tagline that acknowledged what the community already cherished while making the case for enhancement rather than change. This wasn't about fixing what was broken; it was about ensuring Crestview’s facilities could fully support the exceptional education already happening within them.

Visually, we deployed a monumental typographic approach that commanded attention and signaled the significance of the campaign. Bold, oversized type created immediate impact while student imagery grounded the message in Crestview’s mission—putting children at the heart of every decision.

The campaign came to life through a comprehensive case statement brochure that laid out the vision, a custom campaign microsite that brought the architectural plans to life, a launch video that elaborated the specifics of the proposed campus upgrades, and supporting email and social media assets that maintained momentum throughout the fundraising effort. Each touchpoint reinforced a singular message: this campaign would take the Crestview families already loved and expand its potential for generations to come.
